Abstract: Zooplankton Diaphanosoma sp is a natural feed with high potential to be developed as a substitute for both artemia and rotifers. Diaphanosoma sp. is a high-protein source that can enhance pigmentation and survival during the larval phase. The development of Diaphanosoma sp. is driven by the need for this organism to meet the nutritional requirements of fish larvae. The use of Triple Super Phosphate (TSP) fertilizer in the culture of Nannochloropsis oculata can be utilized as nutritional enrichment that supports the culture of Diaphanosoma sp. This research aims to determine the effect of administering Nannochloropsis oculata cultured in different doses of TSP fertilizer on the growth performance of Diaphanosoma sp. The study employs an experimental method and a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments used were (P1) feeding N. oculata with the addition of 100 mg of chicken manure + 10 mg of Urea + 30 mg of TSP, (P2) feeding N. oculata with the addition of 100 mg of chicken manure + 10 mg of Urea + 35 mg of TSP, (P3) feeding N. oculata with the addition of 100 mg of chicken manure + 10 mg of Urea + 40 mg of TSP, (P4) feeding N. oculata with the addition of 100 mg of chicken manure + 10 mg of Urea + 45 mg of TSP. The results of the study indicated that the feeding of N. oculata with differing doses of TSP had a significant effect (P<0.05) on population density, population growth rate, and specific growth rate of Diaphanosoma sp. The treatment P4 yielded the best population density value of 722±55.40 ind/L, a population growth rate of 6.18±0.38 ind/day, and a specific growth rate of 48.52±0.84%/day.
