Conflict between humans and crocodiles on the Cauvery river delta region is discussed. Four instances of situations were recorded, namely attacks on people (fatal and non-fatal), the capture of crocodiles from nearby inhabited areas, translocation of crocodiles to other areas of the River, and crocodiles entering human habitation.
